Today we have an extra special team member anniversary – Administrative Assistant Otis is celebrating 30 YEARS with Howard! Otis plays a unique role here, doing banking, running an array of errands, filing dozens of tax files at a time, making late-night post office runs for tax deadlines, and doing anything he can to take work off others’ plates and support them. He has played an integral part in our growth and success over the last three decades. What’s your favorite memory from working at Howard?

Working with Betty (Admin Team member) for thirty years! One memory specifically, she would give me a bank deposit and sometimes left the last check in the copy machine. I started checking the deposits before I went to the bank!

How we treat each other.

Team member’s note: Otis is known for taking on any job big or small to help others have the time to accomplish their work. He’s made so many bank deposits that one of the tellers started referring to him as Mr. Howard!

How does working at Howard help you accomplish your personal and/or professional goals?

It’s helped me learn how to conduct and handle my professional business.

“Thank you” doesn’t seem like enough to say how honored we are to have had Otis on our team for 30 years. He’s one of the most humble, down to earth, considerate people we know, and it’s no surprise that he’s beloved by all who know him.
